INFORMATION WE DO NOT INTEND TO COLLECT
Businesses are prohibited from uploading:

Shared Myths may use artificial intelligence tools to generate personalized customer-facing content.
Owner photographs may be processed through AI systems to generate thank-you images and related review-request materials.
These photographs are used solely for providing services to the participating business.
HUMAN REVIEW OF DATA
Authorized personnel of Shared Myths may access and review customer information for purposes including:

- Customer support
- Quality assurance
- Troubleshooting
- Compliance and security review
Access is limited to personnel with a legitimate business need.

When a business cancels its subscription and requests deletion, Shared Myths will take commercially reasonable steps to remove customer information from active systems within a reasonable period.
Certain information may be retained where required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We may disclose information:
